Reba Watson, MHA, MSHI serves as nimble’s senior vice president of client services. In this role, she leverages her deep understanding of ASC management and revenue cycle to provide strategic guidance to clients who wish to streamline their revenue cycle processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve financial outcomes.
Reba began her career at nimble in 2017 as a director of operations and played a vital role in talent acquisition, training initiatives, and fortifying nimble’s RCM service line.
Before joining nimble, Reba developed her surgical RCM expertise as an EMR consultant, specializing in front office operations, physician training, and system enhancements. She collaborated with some of the nation’s largest surgical organizations, ASCs, and diverse medical practices to improve revenue cycle operations.
Reba also leverages her educational background to drive impactful solutions that support nimble’s surgical clients. She has a BA in business administration from Columbia College, a master’s in science in bioinformatics and health informatics, and a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Missouri Columbia.
