His expertise includes P&L management, strategic partnerships, and innovation, driving advancements like workflow automation and digitized operations that keep nimble ahead of industry trends. Previously, at a long-term care KPO, he drove 384% growth in the revenues, responsible for ISO 27001 certification, and introduced several high-impact initiatives. Before that he founded a software product development company and played impactful roles at one of the largest IT parks development companies in the country, securing multimillion dollar deals by working with reputed brands like GE and HSBC. He managed business development and operations for C&K Management Ltd and Brigade Corporation respectively.
Beyond work, Murali mentors tech entrepreneurs, social startups and young leaders, reflecting his societal commitment. His adventurous spirit has led him to skydiving, scuba diving, cross-country bike rides, and hiking Everest Base Camp.
