Elaine Dunn, DHA, RRT, RPSGT, CPCO is chief administrative officer at nimble. In her role as CAO, Elaine leads the coding service delivery organization, our implementation methodology, discovery and diligence processes for new clients and has responsibility for the nimble compliance and regulatory teams.

As a clinician, Elaine has a compliance-focused approach to revenue cycle management, which makes her an invaluable addition to nimble’s leadership team. Her comprehensive expertise in championing meaningful change on the enterprise level accelerates nimble’s commitment to delivering world-class services to our surgical clients, including ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), surgical clinics, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Elaine brings a wealth of expertise in RCM, clinical operations, and information technology within both provider and vendor settings. Her previous leadership roles include overseeing compliance, operations, and transformation initiatives across the revenue cycle and designing service offerings to address challenges within the ever-changing healthcare reimbursement landscape.
Prior to joining nimble, Elaine was the senior leader of middle and clinical revenue cycle services at a large-scale revenue cycle outsourcing firm where she managed all operational aspects for, including product development, profit management, and service expansion.
Elaine holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, a Registered Polysomnographic Technology, and a Certified Healthcare Compliance Officer.
