Joining nimble in 2024, Ashleigh R. Goode serves as Vice President of Transformation and Project Management. With a focus in compassionate healthcare, Ashleigh dedicated her early career to Eligibility and Enrollment for Medicaid and Medicare enrollees. With a connection to patients over the phone and in person, in tandem with client facing teams and agency advocates, she gleaned valuable insights that shaped her interest in process improvement and project management.
With a proclivity for client and patient advocacy, coupled with organizational synergy, Ashleigh’s passion to create smart solutions for the business continuum inspired a myriad of projects. She spearheaded initiatives in employee engagement, labor strategy, offshore planning, product solutions, software technology and integration, specifically Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Large Language Models (LLM).
She holds a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University and MBA from University of Phoenix.
