On October 23, 2023, nimble solutions (f/k/a National Medical Billing Services) proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary as the leading provider of revenue cycle management (“RCM”) solutions for ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical clinics, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups.
The visionary leadership of nimble’s President and Founder, Lisa Rock, and CEO, Nader Samii, has fostered a culture of prioritizing people, enabling the company to consistently yield superior financial outcomes for clients through industry-leading revenue cycle solutions.

Throughout its history, the company has constantly strived for ways to better serve its clients. In 2022, nimble acquired four RCM firms, merging the expertise of mdStrategies, MedTek, Medi-Corp, and National Billing Partners with the company’s own offerings to become the one-stop solution for all surgical revenue cycle needs. On the heels of these acquisitions, the company rebranded from National Medical Billing Services to nimble solutions earlier this year to better encompass its expanded offering and core values of agility, innovation, and client-centricity.
