Tim Fuchs, MBA, is the chief development officer at nimble solutions, where he leads the national sales team. He is dedicated to helping surgical organizations reach their financial potential by providing tailored revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to meet the unique challenges of the evolving healthcare landscape.
Tim’s journey with nimble began in 2003 as an intern. Before returning to the company in 2016, he gained extensive experience in sales, sales management, and client services in the healthcare sector, working with several Fortune 500 companies, including Aetna, Johnson & Johnson, and Intuitive Surgical.
When Tim rejoined nimble in 2016 as the vice president of business development, he spearheaded the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) business partnership strategy. This included nimble’s RCM metrics and analytics, which provide clients with insights into revenue cycle efficiency and the data needed to map out intelligent growth opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Tim’s unparalleled knowledge and exceptional ability to generate profitable new business opportunities and cultivate lasting industry partnerships led to his promotion to executive vice president of business development in 2020, and then to chief development officer in 2024. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about developing engaged and empowered business development teams. He has won several President’s Club and industry awards, and he is often invited to speak at industry conferences to discuss the impact of healthcare trends on the revenue cycle.
Tim holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in leadership and change management from Saint Louis University and a master’s in business administration from the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
