Before nimble, Kelley was the chief operating officer of Therapy Brands, a technology and RCM services company serving mental and behavioral health providers. Prior to her role at Therapy Brands, she was the SVP/GM of the health system services business for Change Healthcare. She was responsible for business strategy, go-to-market, and large-scale operations teams serving many of the largest health systems in the country. Her customer centric approach and passion for healthcare helped her lead the business to consistently achieve best in KLAS ranking.
Kelley is a six sigma blackbelt and holds a master’s in organizational leadership and strategic management from the University of St Catherine.
