Lindsay joined nimble in 2003 when it was founded. Her ascension through nimble’s ranks is intertwined with its success due to her involvement. When nimble began a private equity partnership with Aquiline Capital Partners in 2021, Lindsay was named Chief Operating Officer and oversees the company’s 1,500 employees.
Lindsay creates unparalleled industry efficiency in all aspects of nimble’s operations, including creating new departments to provide employees with career advancement opportunities, identifying revenue cycle inefficiencies and developing and implementing tailor-made solutions for each client’s needs.
For example, after seeing a need for nimble’s surgery center clients to improve their patient registration process, Lindsay expanded nimble’s service line to include front-end services, which added to nimble’s bottom line and increased efficiency for nimble’s clients. The new service allowed clients to provide accurate price estimates and payment options for their patients, improving their overall experience.
In 2023, Lindsay was recognized for her leadership when she was named one of St. Louis’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in the 2023 Titan 100 program. Lindsay was ranked on Becker’s Healthcare 40 under 40 Leaders to Know list for seven years in a row and shared her industry knowledge and expertise by publishing articles in trade publications, such as Becker’s ASC Review and ASC Focus.
